stopped the cab ride and taking the bus, train, then walking to work .... TF is so great..not only will buying his book give me more style (hopefully!), but also will get me to save more money (to pay for the intl. courier) and get me in better shape...LOVE U TF
I usually just do 30 minutes of cycling, 15 minutes of running and 15 minutes of toning. For me the main purpose of exercize is to build up my strength and stamina, not for any esthetic reasons.
I actualy got up early this morning and did 40 minutes of pilates/yoga. I"m so proud of myself as it is *very* difficult to get up in the morning. I feel very fresh after I work out in ther morning (weird I know)
At the Park: stretched (plus 15 pushups) before I walked 1/2 a mile to warm up, ran 2 miles and walked 1/2 to cool down.. and I stretched again plus 15 more pushups...
Home: does playing hide and go seek with 3 kids count?
Weights and situps
i know you should be so jealous of me! We worked out again today, i did weights for legs, then some light cardio, while he did weights- then we both went on a run out in the sunny beautifulness that is california right now... i feel wonderful
So proud of myself for actually exercising today because it's pouring (raining)outside! I almost didn't
today: 30 minutes running on treadmill (8 incline) 25 crunches, 25 situps (I know it's sad but I'm working back up ) weights (different ways... usually 50+ reps on each arm or each set) 200 leg lifts (100 each leg)
