Daily Exercise

Today

45 min running
30 min exercise bike
about 20 min toning arms, legs, butt, stomach
 
Thursday - 35 minutes elliptical; 12 minutes stationary bike; 5 minutes stair master

Friday - 25 minutes elliptical; 12 minutes stair master; 100 hanging leg pull ups for the abs
 
I'm home for the week so no access to the gym.. so basically I'm doing squats, lunges, crunches, etc.
 
Saturday - 1 hour Pilates, 15 minutes elliptical trainer
Sunday I took the day off
Monday - 25 minutes elliptical, 12 minutes stair master and 100 pull ups for the abs (this is a good workout for my lunch hour!)

I am thinking of getting into cycling. Anyone have any tips, advice, etc.? I went to look at bicycles and I had no idea they were so expensive. I'm thinking of taking up road cycling as opposed to mountain biking.

yesterday i did 2 hours at the gym- 1 hour of weights (shoulder press, triceps, lat pull-down, ab machine, back extension) and 1 hour on the treadmill.
im off to do the same again today!
 
Yesterday: 20 mins @ 12 km/ hour on the treadmill at 2.5% slope
1 hour on the incline bike
stretching
 
7 laps at the park which is over 3.5 miles (I ran 3/4 of that). Stretching before and after... weights :muscles: and I'm getting ready to do situps!!!
 
I do 30 mins on the treadmill at 8am, until I get to 350 cals. Then I go to school, in the evening I do various stability ball exercises, then another 350 cals before bed. :angry: But man, do I ever hate treadmills!!!!
