Saturday - 1 hour Pilates, 15 minutes elliptical trainer
Sunday I took the day off
Monday - 25 minutes elliptical, 12 minutes stair master and 100 pull ups for the abs (this is a good workout for my lunch hour!)
I am thinking of getting into cycling. Anyone have any tips, advice, etc.? I went to look at bicycles and I had no idea they were so expensive. I'm thinking of taking up road cycling as opposed to mountain biking.
