Daily Exercise

i am too ill to do exercises.omg this flue will make me die=)))
 
Fox...where do you workout out of curiousity? Do you work out at a club here in london? I love my gym....it's very cozy but I'm easing myself into it and go often enough but don't do that long of stuff but regardless....i'm surprised that a lot of gyms will let you use the cardio machines for 45 min +

yeah, i work out in a gym here in london. it's really strange cos there's no limit on machines :blink: which i guess works in my favour cos i'm a bit of a hog but to be honest with you, it's a bit of a dive (i'm cheap) and coming from Canada, the standards at this gym are incredibly inferior!!! I've been using fitness facilities for most of my life and the England average is by far the worst in terms of what's available, but only because i refuse to pay 4x as much to go to a 'better' gym that would only be 2x as good! haha but i grew up with Olympic standards and even in my 'nice' post code, facilities are dire but i make the most of it and nobody complains when i spend 75 mins on a machine so :innocent:

I did my usual 5 mile walk (walking to school and back....everydayyy) but a couple blocks before I got home I saw my sister walking to this mexican place so i went with her so I guess thats another mile there.

Yesterday: ran 4 miles, 1 hr Pilates
 
Today I did alot of exercising! After the past few crazy weeks it feels good! I don't feel like writing everything I did. Some running/walking, weights, situps, etc..... Very good workout
 
1/2 hour jog (mostly uphill) w/ my boyfriend
 
walked 1 1/2 mile, ran 1 1/2 mile... stretched before and after. Weights 50-100 reps, 50 situps, 200 leg lifts (100 on each side), 200 side (of my stomach) exercises...
 
1 minute 3.0mph walk
1 minute 10.0mph hard core sprint
*repeated to 20 minutes (High intensity interval training...burns fat like butter!)

then I did 30 minutes elliptical
 
Sunday - 1 hour Pilates, 1 hour body sculpt class
Monday - 1 hour cycling
 
Yesterday:

1/2 hour on stationary bike
20x upper arm pull downs (30kg weights)
20x upper arm push downs (30kg weights)
20x upper arm pull downs wide grip (30kg weights)
20x upper arm/neck pull downs (30kg weights)
20x upper arm push outs (30kg weights)
20x leg pull ups (30kg weights)
+ stretching

I have no idea of the technical terms :lol:
 
I typed it up once and then it all cleared :shock: :o :cry: here's another try....I'm not going to put what I did yesterday, it's mainly the same as today I just ran 2 miles instead of 1 1/2.

Today:
Stretched
Walked 1/2 mile, Ran 1 1/2, Walked 1
Stretched
Weights (curls, overhead, etc....) 60-100 reps
Side exercises 200 reps
Lunges around 30 I think
Leg lifts 200 (100 each side)
Scissor Splits (I think 60?)
Situps 50

100 side "reaches" I'm with Belowen I don't know the real terms:p
20 more lunges (same as before)
100 more side exercises
200 leg lifts (100 each leg)
50 "scissor splits"
50 situps

Weights
50 bicep curls (2 dumbells)
100 "open arm" with weights (2 dumbells)
50 overhead (2 dumbells)
50 arms behind head reaching up (1 dumbell)


I use 6.5 lb dumbells (6.5 each)
 
took the morning off running, etc.. because my mom, grandma and I went somewhere early this morning (which was the time I run). I might still do it later though..

so far today....
40 lunges (holding each one for 5 seconds) ohhh boy I feel it workin:lol: :woot: :doh:
