which i guess works in my favour cos i'm a bit of a hog but to be honest with you, it's a bit of a dive (i'm cheap) and coming from Canada, the standards at this gym are incredibly inferior!!! I've been using fitness facilities for most of my life and the England average is by far the worst in terms of what's available, but only because i refuse to pay 4x as much to go to a 'better' gym that would only be 2x as good! haha but i grew up with Olympic standards and even in my 'nice' post code, facilities are dire but i make the most of it and nobody complains when i spend 75 mins on a machine so
