hey guys, i am so tired right now. i'm even typing slowly. so...i wasn't supposed to do anything on fri, but it was so beautiful that i ended up commuting by bike (downtown and then to the south end of the city to help coach/eat dinner, and then back home). yesterday I played 4.5 hrs of ultimate (a one day tourney), and today I had a 3hr practice. i'm so weary that my brain is tired
but it feels good to have my legs feel all warm and tired.

!!! I'm really looking forward to going back to the gym on monday. I feel the need for a good workout 
My main goal right now would be to start Pilates. I really want to try it!! I heard so much good things about it....anyone have any experience in Pilates???
