Daily Exercise

ive downloaded this pilates for dummies video.Ive had a quick glance through it but it doesnt really interest me :\ is does look alot like yoga,and ive tried yoga but it isnt my thing,i prefer aerobics and fast stuff more than the slow,dragging stuff.
 
I have a question, does it matter how much you sweat during a session?..i mean does it effect the workout? because sometimes when im on the elliptical, I sweat alot, and feel soo good afterwards, but sometimes, even when im doing an hour on the machine, i dont sweat that much, so i really feel like crap...cuz it feels like i didnt burn any calories though worked out for an hour!, so does anyone know the diff? i mean is the workout stil affective?
 
I like to run about a mile or two a day...and maybe some ab work.
 
I walked 3 1/2 miles which was 30 minutes then I did weights, resistance bands, crunches etc..
 
walked 4 1/2 miles in 40 minutes and I'm going to do weights, resistance, crunches, etc.. later
 
we have to breathe some life into this thread again...!!

30mins power walk
15mins stretching
15mins bun/thigh roller
 
didnt do anything today... went to athletics competition at scool yesterday and had to do the 100m hurdles and high jump,but i fell over the last one and bust up my leg so cant do anything for a few days :(

one-hour pilates class last night.

I try to excercise three times a week if possible.
 
30 mins walk
30 mins jog
15 mins bun/thigh....i hate that thing but i have to say, its seriously effective!
