Daily Exercise

Has anybody here done the type of yoga where you go and do it like extreme in a sauna and they don't let you out unless you're like dying? I want to try that.

45 min step aerobics
30 min weights (legs, shoulders, arms)
20 some min stretch

bikram is one of my favorite workouts. The studio I go to always reaches 100 degree plus and it is amazing

strenghtraining for 30min
lots of STRETCHING---very important

taking the day off..
since i feel like i might have put too much stress on my knees/ankles from running (almost) everyday..
i wasn't used to running outside.. just treadmill..

so.. today i did 15 min abs..
that's all.. :D

^^ i have a hate/love relationship with off days :flower:

Yesterday: 4 hour cheer camp, exhausted me, went home and slept 13 hours..

Today: 4 hour cheer camp AGAIN, then probably running and aerobics, some weights...2 hr?

^ me too, off days make me feel nervous...
today, 8 km running, will walk about an hour later and do 500 abs

30 mins treadmill
35 mins cross-trainer
35 mins bike
500 abs

+ one hour walking...
I think I should sleep well tonight!

I overstretched my right hammy... I've been out for a couple days... Today I managed to get down on the floor and do 10 minutes of abs... I might take a very slow walk tonight and do some Bis/Tris at home... just to move my body a bit..

Try to have a serving of protein right after working out...even if it's just a handful of almonds. Also, cut down on salt and drink a lot of water...walk hills in addition to your regular work out, real ones! Covering ground is always better for firming.

Today, I'm doing 45 mins elliptical, 45 mins yoga, 45 mins walking :flower:

30 min stretching/abs/planks

Today:
45 min step aerobics
30 medium intensity weights, full body

Holy crap, how do you get in all that time? I get up at 4:30, catch a 6 am train to the city and get home after 8 PM. I'm lucky if I get 30 min in during the week. I am so jealous. :)
