Daily Exercise

That was yesterday's that I posted this morning...today an hour of a moderate weights class.
Came home to find boyfriend had made delicious pie for lunch,so ate back all calories burnt immediately:cry: .

Run tomorrow....
 
yesterday evening 60 minutes of cardio (20min crosstrainer, 20min running on the treadmill and 20 minutes of uphill walking). then 20 minutes of arm/ab exercises.
 
I did a spin class tonight.. tomorrow im going to try doing spin class and pump back to back :brows:
 
Ran 6 miles Saturday. Traveled Sunday. Ran 4 miles yesterday. Trying to do lots of sit-ups and crunches to work on my core strength.
 
I jump rope for an hour a day then I do 3 sets of 12 on my ab roller. Some days I go to the gym and do an hour on the elyptical trainer too.
 
Ok, today was rubbish for me! I skipped for about 10 mins then ate some cake.

I'm having a lazy day :D :lol:
 
2 mile run (gotta start back slowly), 50 min gym cardio, 35 min ab tape

i read that by strengthening your core you will improve your running form, and prevent injuries and back pain.... you probably already knew that... may i reccommend billy blanks ab dvds they are really challenging! :flower:
 
^^That is so true. Stengthening your core helps with everything!

Sweets, do you have a routine that you do for cardio at the gym?
I never use the equipment, I always just do classes, but I want to start using the equipment... I may as well...!
 
i like this machine i affectionately refer to as the "escalator" which is what it is, backwards... i do that 30 minutes probably every day, i like the leg crosstrainer thing, i occasionally do an elliptical, and i like bikes, i sometimes swim... the combination pretty much depends on my mood!
 
Does anyone do pilates regularly?
I've heard it completely changes your body shape?

Yes I do pilates!! It really does have a huge effect on your body shape! I have done it for years. When I go through phases of not doing it, I can really notice it in a bad way. I do it 3-4 times a week, sometimes less... I do it in small classes where you use the reformer (pilates machine) and I also do mat classes. Pilates is awesome.
 
gosh I've been soooo busy and it's soo cold outside that I don't want to run outside. I've just been a total slacker this week with exercise but maybe tonight I'll do taebo:woot:
