yesterday: Day at the Park; Stretched and did a few exercises on their like stretching/strengthning "playground"....Ran two laps (5/8 mile each) at the park, walked a few laps (I kind of speed walk without even meaning to

At Home; Did weights.. curls, overhead exercise (hands behind back holding a 6.6lb dumbell and lifting over my head I didn't do too many reps maybe 20-50?).. Situps (it's sad only 20
but I'm back at it) 200 leg lifts (100 on each leg).. And then I threw the frisbee around with my dad and brother does that count?
