Daily Exercise

for the past five days i've done anywhere from two to three and a half hours-or so of walking each day. and for the first three days it was out in vancouver - so we're talking going up and down many hills - it was amazing. i wish i lived there!

now i'm trying to get a routine in place, but i'm finding it rather difficult to be motivated right now. :ermm:

45 minutes pilates (dynamic sequencing) & 30 minutes of cardio intervals
 
Spent an hour and a half in the gym, mainly working on my biceps...
 
25 mins arms and abs, 30 mins treadmill then 1 1/2 in the park (lots of hills!)

I'm glad I found this thread. I need the motivation :)
 
40 minute wlak
10pushups( girlstyle :)
100 crunches-situps
20-40 sqwats and lunges
 
^i loooove spinning! it feels so amazing when you finish!

i ran 12 km yesterday and walked 12 km in MBTs today, 300 abs and 50 hip exercises both days too.

Went to yoga tonight at the new gym. It was a good class but I can't help but feel nostalgic about my old gym
 
20 mins of yoga in the morning
30 mins of weights and strength at night
43 mins of cardio at night

I've been doing this most of this week
