School may as well be called 'the gym'
Walked up 3 flights of stairs, 4+ times
Walked around the corridors, walked to the bus stop, walked through town, walked to my house

and remember to stay fit even though it's getting cold outside...

) followed by 50 crunches, 50 straight leg pilates crunches, 100 oblique twists (50 for each side), 50 push ups, 50 - where you are in a push up position but on your forearms and lowering one knee to the floor at a time, whilst keeping you back straight then pulling them back up (i dont remember what this is called sorry!), 50 reverse crunches when you raise your knees from a 45o angle to a 90o suspended angle...
