Daily Exercise

Hello!

I'm new here. I'm from Spain.

I love the way you exercise day after day, I mean, I'd like to have the motivation you've to do it.

I want to start a working-out plan, to lose weight and tonificate.

It will be very lovely if you can help me.

I'm looking for a not hard working-out, because I haven't work out for a long time, and my muscles are not prepared for a lot of exercise.

Thank you in advance. :flower:

(I'm sorry, my English is quite bad.. )

Today:

- 300 crunches
- 20 minutes of pilates
- 25 minutes of key yoga

Went on a very fast paced walk for about 6 miles. Wasn't very successful and I was wearing the wrong shoes so my feet hurt. However I felt a lot slimmer after, my skin glowed, I even got a few cat calls. From losers. I wanted to punch them.

^ Urgh I hate when people do that while you are walking. I like to relax on my walk not feel like a piece of meat. I suppose at least it lets you know the walking is making your body look hot! :D

Yesterday: 50 mins crosstrainer, 10 mins skipping
Today: 20 mins crosstrainer, 10 mins rower
Ive been going a little crosstrainer crazy lately but loving it none the less :)

lots of running lately:
Saturday: 1h10
Sunday: 45min
Today I'm taking a break

funny thing is that i can see an improvement mostly in my upper body. of course my lower body is a lot tighter now that i'm working out more, but not leaner yet. hopefully it'll soon show on my entire body! ;)

Well because you want to loose weight and tone, but you don't excercise alot, you don't want to go jogging 7 miles a day like most of the people here because your muscles and heart will go into shock. If you have access to a treadmill , walk on it at about a 2-3 rpm speed on a stiff incline. do this for 30 mins to an hour, this way you get your heart working so you are burning calories and the incline is great for toning .
I don't have access to a gym, so I walk every evening for 4o minutes and jog or sprint for 10. When I get home I 100 crunches, 25 on each side, 30 sit-ups. I do 40 lunges around the house and only 25 squats because i don't want a nice round bum, I like to keep it flat
I finish with 20 pushups, wish helps tone the arms, that's not enough to build muscle.
This is my regime I do seeing as I was exacly like you and my results have been amazing.
You must strech alot afterwards, to creat lean muscles
Don't forget to eat well :)And you will feel pain after the first few days, so its good to take a day off so your muscles can stretch.

Oh and I have a pilates dvd called Crunch workout, I hope you have it in spain!. Its a 40 minute workout which involves most of those excercises.

Thanks a lot, Carrme.:p

I think it's really interesting what you'd written to me.

Those last days I've been working out a little; for example, I've started to do the 20 minutes (or 25, I can't remember well) Windsor Pilates Work-Out. I think it's so "funny" and so easy to do it..

I've been in the static-bike for 30minutes or 10 (lately).

And I think it will be good if I keep doing that, and practising what you've said.

I will write every day to explain what I've done and so, perhaps you could say if it's OK, or if it's not.

Thanks again!:flower:

Great :D I'm no certified professional, but I did have one year as a member with a "work out " class and we had a great teacher. I was the only girl so he was able to spend alot of time with me. And I am a ritual work-out magazine reader.
And your exercises are great too. The best thing is to mix up the workout. The things I wrote are half of what I do !.

Today : walk 20 mins
40 minute pilates
100 crunches
50 bicycle move
20 situps
20 pushups

I do speed-walking cardio for 30 minutes and stretches, situps, and lunges before I go to bed; I do both everyday @.@

50 min cycle class this morning
It definitely woke me up and got the engine revving

Yesterday : I'd a bad day, I was not feeling right.. So, I worked out for only 15minutes on the 'indoor bicycle'.

I started the Montignac Diet last week, and during it I lost a lot of weight -well, not a lot, but I felt the difference so quickly. I mean, I was very rounded and inflated.. And, on Saturday or Sunday I started to look less round and more fit.. But, I think this week I'm looking fat again..

I think it's because I started the diet so 'strong', and now I'm eating some things I can eat.. :p But, not A LOT of things I cannot eat.. For example, a little piece of chocolate or some sweets..

I'm starting to worry about this because I can't understand why my body changes so fast.. :ninja:

Well,

by night I will post what I'm going to do during the afternoon. B)

Greetings! :flower:

I usually do this every single day...

A full hour of dance
1,000 sit-ups
I walk lots, I have no idea how much but for sure LOTS.
I also walk lots of flights of stairs

Which dance do you practise?

Last year I used to have dance lessons twice a week, it was so good for my body but the teacher wasn't enough good and I'd to left the lessons..

I'm looking for a Dance School this year, but I haven't find a good one yet..
