I'm no certified professional, but I did have one year as a member with a "work out " class and we had a great teacher. I was the only girl so he was able to spend alot of time with me. And I am a ritual work-out magazine reader.
But, not A LOT of things I cannot eat.. For example, a little piece of chocolate or some sweets..
