I prefer to walk, speed walk. I sqeeze everything I can lol! And it burns calories just like running, not as fast mind you. And some days If I'm full of energy I'll begin and end with a 10 minute jog, but it doesn't matter that much, I just feel like im getitng some extra cals burned alot more fast.
Katemoore : you are lucky to have that indoor bicycle. If I had one I would be on it all the time.! For me, pilates is not only is a great workout, but I feel like I have so much more energy so if it does the same for you and your not too sore,you could do pilates and the bicycle in one day. But if you want to alternate pilates one day, bicycle the next, pilates next ect... That even better! variety is key. What you did that day you wrote in your last post was great.
