Daily Exercise

I prefer to walk, speed walk. I sqeeze everything I can lol! And it burns calories just like running, not as fast mind you. And some days If I'm full of energy I'll begin and end with a 10 minute jog, but it doesn't matter that much, I just feel like im getitng some extra cals burned alot more fast.
Katemoore : you are lucky to have that indoor bicycle. If I had one I would be on it all the time.! For me, pilates is not only is a great workout, but I feel like I have so much more energy so if it does the same for you and your not too sore,you could do pilates and the bicycle in one day. But if you want to alternate pilates one day, bicycle the next, pilates next ect... That even better! variety is key. What you did that day you wrote in your last post was great.

yesturday : walk an hour,
-an hour of abs and leg exercises, felt to good :)

family reunion this weekend= major workouts next week :)

haven't really done nothing for past three days, so tomorrow i'm def. going to the gym. need to swipe off some extra pounds
 
Today, I went to the gym again.

Work-out:
-45min. class SPINNING.

And then, 45min. more of treadmill and indoor bycicle.

I have been doing at least 2 houres of walking per day this past week. I have been walking infront of the tv insted of just sitting there as its been raining so no gym nor no outdoor for me.¨ Trying to sceeys in everything I can
 
It's getting colder so it's a little difficult to exercise outside like I normally do but now I walk for 45 minutes up and down hills and it's great cardio.

two hours of badminton. It's been a while since I've played. I'm exhausted :p
 
30 min run... shorter because i didnt feel like it.... but it was great to get through
 
Monday :
-1h. Pilates
-45min. Spinning class
-45min. Gym.

Yesterday :
-1h. Steps class
-15min. Gym.



Feeling so good again:D !

20 sit ups...

Dance for once hour...crazy jumps! lol
 
I did 45 minutes of cardio and strength training yesterday and will do the same today.
Also did 75 crunches.
 
how do people manage to have a 'daily exercise'?? id love to do ten minutes of stretches each day but i just cant get motivatd enough even to do that...?!??!?
 
forgot to post in a while so here's the summary of this week: ;)

Monday: 50' Cardio
Tuesday: 30' swimming
Thursday: 1h15 Cardio (35' crosstrainer, 40' treadmill)
Today: 45' crosstrainer at home
