today:
- vacuumed the house
- five min. of really good stretching
- ten min. of power yoga
- fifteen min. jumping jacks, running on the spot, run-lunges (30 seconds of each shifting in sets)
- twenty minutes of walking
Yesterday I walked a couple of hours and babysat a 2-year old for 4 hours...which is plenty of exercise!
Today I'll run 45 mins and do an hour ashtanga.
I ran 5k non-stop today for the first time in YEARS! I was so proud of myself, even if it was at a pathetically slow 8kph pace Eight weeks to go until the actual 5k event that I plan on running, so plenty of time to get my speed up.
After that I did:
15mins elliptical, not overly strenuous
Bicep curls
30 push-ups on the ball
Abs
half an hour of hockey today in the park, it started raining so the teacher took us back to school so we shared the other half of gym with another class indoors
