Daily Exercise

Today I:

jogged .5 mile
walked 2.0 miles
did 10 real push-ups
45 crunches on a ball
lifted a little
stretched a lot
 
today:
- vacuumed the house
- five min. of really good stretching
- ten min. of power yoga
- fifteen min. jumping jacks, running on the spot, run-lunges (30 seconds of each shifting in sets)
- twenty minutes of walking

4½ hours of cleaning.

75 biceps dip on the floor
200 various crunches
200 side leg lifts (100 each leg)
100 scissor splits
75 squats
50 other but-thingies

With dumbbells
200 bicep curls (100 each arm)
100 'movements' in front of my chest
50 'movements' behind my back
50 'movements' over my head

Damn my mouth had a bit of a workout :lol:
 
Yesterday I walked a couple of hours and babysat a 2-year old for 4 hours...which is plenty of exercise!
Today I'll run 45 mins and do an hour ashtanga.
 
Today I will do:

-10 mins of skipping (just without the rope, becoz i dont have one :rofl: )
-100 situps
-5mins on the running bike.
-stand ups on the sofa.
 
I ran 5k non-stop today for the first time in YEARS! :woot: I was so proud of myself, even if it was at a pathetically slow 8kph pace :lol: Eight weeks to go until the actual 5k event that I plan on running, so plenty of time to get my speed up.

After that I did:

15mins elliptical, not overly strenuous
Bicep curls
30 push-ups on the ball
Abs

Go me :clap::muscles:
 
This week my plan is to take the following classes

Monday- Yoga
Tuesday- Weight training
Wednesday- Dance Cardio Training
Thursday- None
Friday- Cardio striptease

I pray I can really keep up with it. I want to. Wish me luck!
 
half an hour of hockey today in the park, it started raining so the teacher took us back to school so we shared the other half of gym with another class indoors :rofl:
