Daily Exercise

20 minutes of treadmill
20 minutes of dumbell

oh my lord, how much it took for me to DRAG myself, and then CRAM myself in to the gym....
 
Im back on my routine. Im focusing on weight lifting more now...Less treadmill. I do it everyday (except last night, too tired)
 
I don't exercise. Every couple months I go to a yoga class, or have like a week on the tread mill a lot, but then I get too thin so I have to stop.
 
Went swimming again today for 2 and a half hours.. boy, am I sore all over!
 
Whenever I'm in the city I go out walking about... For miles and miles. When I'm in the suburbs, and it's 0 Farenheit, I find that staying indoors is quite preferable to death. :lol:

I would swim. But I hate chlorine, and I'm still trying to figure out a way to get a pool that doesn't need chlorine. I was just thinking of installing a freshwater pool. Oh, and Lake Michigan is very dirty. :yuk:

^ Think about it like this, pigging out all day is worse than pigging out & exercise :bounce: You would have eaten less than you did effectivly w/ the exercise ^_^
 
Pilates is fantastic, I bet you love it! I only do matwork now, but I can't wait until I move cities and can go to a proper studio and use the machines :buzz:
 
Today I did 1 hour and 15 mins of cardio kickboxing (includes stretching). ^_^
 
A little over an hour on the treadmill (reached 8.5 incline, lol) and some walking around throughout the day.
