Daily Exercise

Yesterday I did 25 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 speed & 3.5 incline, 25 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the bike.

Today I did about an hour's worth of strength training with my personal trainer with some stretching of course. :)
 
for those who do yoga...i bow down to you. Its soooo hard

for those who do spin class..i bow down to you as well. I get dizzy as heck in those classes. I can't complete it.
 
Q: when do you start to lose weight when you excersise and how long does it take?
 
ohkay so I always do my 40 minute pilates but i stopped posting cause its alwasy the same hting lol
but someone tell me soemthing...
Is it tru crunchs and situps dont do anything? I heard that from a trainer.. but I always like to do extra crunches and situps....and they seem to make a difference is my stomaach.

it takes different times for everyone, depending on your level of fitness it will take longer or shorter amounts of time. In any case, i recommend doing a cardio activity like running to help you burn calories faster.
 
30 mins pilates
1 hr ashtanga yoga class

I should have gone for a run but I decided to laze around and eat bad food with the bf instead....it's only valentine's day once a year (not that that stops me the other 364 days but it's a good excuse for today :p)
 
35min run, 15min x-trainer, 1 hour of weights. Got a new programme yesterday: I love new programmes! You can really feel them working (especially the next day)
 
100-150 situps and err... 15 leg pull-ups. the latter are hard, but awesome
for the bottom ab muscles.
 
ran 25 minutes on treadmill
half hour dumbell for triceps and bicepts
30 squats
20 minutes of abdominal workout
one hour of house cleaning
 
wow, you guys get a lot of exercise.

today I went to gymnastics for 1 hour and that's it.

(I do cardio on the days I don't do strength training with my personal training.)
