Daily Exercise

Went for a 2 mile bike ride outdoors and did some walking around town. B)
 
Today I briskly walked 2 miles. :) Go me!
My knee and back were hurting from work, so jogging will have to wait.
 
finnally i can start posting in this thread, because i bought a membership card in my new gym next to my house! and so today i took an 1hour aerobics class and did some inner and outer thighs exercises with those machines ^_^
 
yesterday: 1hr elliptical
today: 50 mins on the elliptical & 1 hour PT session
my butt, legs, arms feel like they are on fire. I have a feeling I wont be able to walk tomorrow :ninja:
 
I got lazy today...I was running a lot over the past week, so for today:

30 mins on the stationary bike
o.5 mile on the threadmill

15 minutes on the elliptical
1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
stretching
& I walked home from the gym

I'm feeling so bad and lazy this days so I only walk or I do nothing:doh:
 
Two 10 minute sets on the Healthrider (it's too hot to do anything else).

I'm thinking of doing some lunges later on, just because I haven't done much exercise today.
 
I just got home from the gym and I feel great:

15 minutes on the treadmill (3.4 speed with 3.0 incline)
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.0 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (5.50 miles
