That reminds me that I have to take advantage of the free yoga classes at my gym!
How do you guys keep the motivation for regular excercise? I always have spurts of motivation to work out, but that lasts like a week and i go back to being a couch potato!


whenever i go to the gym, which is usually like 2-3 times a week, i :
run for 35 mins on the eliptical (about 3.5-4 miles, 300-400 cals burned)
100-200 situps
50-100 crunches
30 leg lifts
bridges and downward dog poses
50 squats w/ 4 pound weights
8 reps of 10 weights for arms
and then i usually do about 100 situps in the morning, 100 at night everyday
