Daily Exercise

kirreway, how can you run that long?? I'm dying after like 10mins already! :lol:

yesterday:1hour aerobics
today:1hour pilates
 
30 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.5 speed with 1.5 incline & 3.5 speed with 2.0 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (5.50 miles :D )
stretching
& I walked home from the gym

15 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the bike (5.50 miles)
1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.5 incline)
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.4 speed with 3.0 incline)
stretching
& I walked home from the gym

30 minutes on bike equaling 8 miles.
1 hour pilates class. and my arms are killing me.

I'm on day 5 of 30 straight days of exercise. I'm calling it habit forming.

30 minutes on the bike (13.50 miles :buzz: )
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.5 incline)

& a lot of walking
 
FRIDAY

SATURDAY (Was feeling lots of pain in my legs and butt!!!!)

30min. on the threadmill
10min. on the bike
0,5km swimming
 
5 hours of dancing (body conditioning, jazz, choreography, hiphop, commercial jazz)

I was exercising everyday, but it was too much since I have to walk like a total of 12 miles from bus stop to bus stop.
