I try to get in at least 1 1/2 hours of walking a day. It's low impact and surprisingly enough, got my middle section trim. It's also helped my posture. I just put on my ipod, get the dog, and relax!
- 3.5 miles on the bike
- 2 miles walking
- lots of dancing tonight! (I'm speaking ahead - I'm just about to go out, but I know there'll be lots of dancing!)
