Daily Exercise

ate too much chocolate absentmindedly so turned on a bootcamp dvd - 50 minutes of me whining and grunting at the screen.

Thanks billy blanks

- Self Magazine's 'Strong Sexy Arms' workout
- Jennifer Aniston's Yoga workout
- Set of ab exercises

All up about 40 minutes

- rowing
- biking
- elliptical

None of them for very much time... I'm trying to stay in shape, but also get used to eating very little. :ninja: So I can't work out too much for the rest of the month.

Wow---I haven't posted here in a long time, but I still work out at least 5 times a week. This is what I've been doing for the last 3 weeks:

15-30 minutes on the elliptical
15-30 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.5 speed with 3.5 incline & 3.4 speed with 3.0 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (5.50-6 miles)
some light strength training
stretching
walking/running with the dogs
core work

:muscles:

I'm going to an hour long spinning class in a little bit. I am obsessed with this class though I only make it like once or twice a week

walking and pushups are all i can do at the moment

my thigh muscles are still sore from thursday's workout, well at least i know those lunges are working!

elliptical for 2 miles

and now I'm about to go jog over to my boyfriend's house, approx. a mile
