i used to always do different exercises from on demand and go on my exercise bike constantly, but i got out of the groove when i started college now i just dance my butt off until i feel like i cant move but i need to get back into my routine and get back in shape!
I have a quick question- I am doing my first pilates class tomorrow and i was wondering would it be wise to do some cardio just before or just after my class?
