1 hour of warming up
2 hours of badminton

OMG, I'm exhausted, I can't even walk straight..
I won the matches though, So it's all good ^_^ :lol:
 
I should really exercise, not because I need to loose weight (I'm fairly skinny) but because it is healthy and clears your mind

35 min walk; crunches on stability ball.
 
I'm off from dance for the Holidays, so I had a relatively light day:

20 minutes yoga/abs
1.5 mile light hike

I can't get my exercise! Ever since I moved from the city, I drive everywhere! I can't bike, walk! It's driving me mad.
 
i used to always do different exercises from on demand and go on my exercise bike constantly, but i got out of the groove when i started college :( now i just dance my butt off until i feel like i cant move but i need to get back into my routine and get back in shape!
 
I have a quick question- I am doing my first pilates class tomorrow and i was wondering would it be wise to do some cardio just before or just after my class?
 
Yesterday I:

biked for 45 mins
rowed for 5 mins
walked for 30 mins
did some weights for upper body
sit-ups
stretching
