Daily Exercise

Ok, I do the gym about 3 times a week and do this (as I'm new to it and really unfit!)

10 mins fast walking on the treadmill to warm up
10 mins on the cross trainer (15 if I'm good)
20 mins on the bike
15 mins on the rowing machine
5-10 mins on the step machine thing (kills me!)
more walking on the treadmill to cool down (I can't run, I feel like I'm going to lose my balance and fall on my face!)
 
THURSDAY:
1h latino lesson - it was like an aerobics class but with latino dance movements and dancing to Beyoncé and so on

...


That sounds so fun!!!


I was out of town this weekend, but managed to get a 30 min run in on Saturday!
 
Was in the gym today for the first time since November!!! Finally realized summer isn't so far away and I have to stop being so lazy. Hope posting here will keep me motivated ^_^
weights for thighs
stepper 10min
1 hour aerobics and toning
stretching
about 1 hour of walking

Twelve sets of dumbbell bench press.
Four sets of pull overs.
Four sets of dumbbell flys.
 
I FEEL DEFINITITELY SUPER BAD!!!!!! Yesterday I didn't go to the gym, I took the weekend off to relax muscles and so on and..... I can't even speak! One week doing it more than well, and now? Ohhhh I'm so disappointed! :huh::ninja::angry:
 
only spent an hour at the gym tonight, i want to go earlier in the evening but its sooo busy and there are so many people hogging machines especially the weights area

50 calorie burn on rowing machine
51 reps on arm machines
tried to do ab machine but my ribs hurt and then cramping in the ribs later on because i had Korean BBQ haha dinner with la familia earlier
10 something mins treadclimber
10 mins stairmaster

ugh its so hot at the gym, im dreading saturday..its gonna be like 83 degrees out..its only been 69/low 70s lately and im already complaining
they were filming something at the gym, when i realized it it made me all paranoid! dont they need permission to do that? i guess instead of my face looking like this :D..ill look like this :ninja: blurred out so you cant recognize me

ive been feeling a bit dizzy so had to take yesterday off..
might have to do the same today...although i wouldnt mind doing a fairly slow walk..will see, hopefully tomorrow i'll be back in the game..

well, turns out i felt a bit better this evening..
so i ended up doing a 30 min moderate to fast walk with increasing incline...and a 25min jog....plus 15mins stretching :muscles:

tonight was actually one of the best workouts ive had...i think the initial 30min walk made the jog much more enjoyable and less stressful on my body because it was already so well warmed up. i should do that from now on if i have the patience.! when i stretched afterward i was much more flexible than normal too.! yay :heart:
 
Last night ran the stairs in my building....15 flights. Started from the bottom, went up, and then back down. It doesn't SOUND like much of a workout, but I was H U R T I N G! Then followed with some ab exercises. Hopefully I can get outside to run tonight.
 
^Oh yes!! 15 flights of stairs may not sound like much...until you try to climb them! ^_^ Great workout!

The buddy system helped me out again last night! I was having a case of the 'Mondays' and decided to skip out on the gym when my workout partner called! I felt guilty because she was going, so I went. I always feel better afterwards! We did one hour of strength training last night and cardio kickboxing is tonight! :D

Today:
Warm up, and stretch.
Eight sets of barbell curls, increased weight on last four sets, integrated with eight sets of standing barbell French press .. Increased weight on last four sets.
Four sets of standing overhead dumbbell extensions.
Four sets of tri-cep dumbbell kick backs.
 
a pilates workout from a youtube video which I also did a couple of times yesterday (since it's short)
I'd like to go walk in the park too since it's nice out
 
i'm back...but easing myself in slowly. you all have been phenomenal in my absence.

20 minutes of free weights: bicep curls, tricep curls, preacher curls, squats, lunges.
 
1hour jogging at park.

then i saw a man how exposed himself to me... it was disgusting and ruined my workout. ewww how can there be people like that!??!?!
