Ok, I do the gym about 3 times a week and do this (as I'm new to it and really unfit!)
10 mins fast walking on the treadmill to warm up
10 mins on the cross trainer (15 if I'm good)
20 mins on the bike
15 mins on the rowing machine
5-10 mins on the step machine thing (kills me!)
more walking on the treadmill to cool down (I can't run, I feel like I'm going to lose my balance and fall on my face!)
