Tuesday & Friday - 2 hours at Gym
Wednesday & Thurday - 45 min - Swimming

Is a kind of difficult because the school but anyway I like it and helpes me to clean my mind:)

Cleaned two apartments (major housecleaning)
30 minutes (10 miles) on the bike
15 minutes (1 mile) on the treadmill AND
20 minutes of weight training.

15 mins run
25 mins elliptical
20 mins weight training,

Okay, so we had dress down yesterday and I wore a pair of jeans i
hadn't worn in a while, i noticed my legs were filling out the jeans which
seemed to me like i had gained weight, so I got really concerned
I'm not a fan of the elliptical machine but I have been doing a lot of it lately to change up my work out routine, I'm thinking the elliptical caused my legs to bulk up but when I weighed myself prior to my workout yesterday I lost 1 pound.

I have stayed the same weight over the years, maybe adding or losing a few pounds here and there
My thing is, as long as I fit my clothes, that is all that really matters, I'm not obssesive with being stick thin, as a woman, I love curves.

So the question is,

Doest the elliptical cause you to bulk up in the legs( Mostly thigh area)over a period of time?
Any feedback is appreciated, thanks all!

i do at least an hour straight on the elliptical and it never bulked my legs and thighs, infact, it does the opposite - makes it tone and lean , sometimes too much that i have to ease my usage...
maybe it depends on the level you have it on?
or...
perhaps the running you do? maybe it's the weight training and the lbs, as well?

Will go biking or running later. And I do gymnastics about 20-30 minutes every evening.
I used to jog every Sunday morning, but lately I didn't do that anymore. I should start again. *lol*

SUNDAY: 195min on the stepper, or what's the same 3h15min!!!!! Yaaaaaay I love that machine, I can do ANYTHING, trully anything while I exercise my legsssss!! So now I'm off to do some cool down and abs and whatever. :)

Thanks Smartarse
You are right, it could be a combination of the 3, I noticed my legs are toned though but bigger.
I'll have to ease up o a lower level on the elliptical
