oh i feel the same!! but the good thing is, i think it is okay to skip the gym when you are totally not motivated. it gives you a night off, then the next day you're twice as motivated because you skipped. that's how i feel anyways!
as for staying focused... i feel bored with my music sometimes, but i try to add new stuff every week to change it up. try upbeat music, like Girl Talk! i also watch tv, but mostly daydream.... i think about my life, about my friends.... i people-watch, too. i try not to look at the time and just follow the beat of the music.
*some lady at the gym who was on the bike next to mine just pressed 'stop' on my bike (i had it set for 10 min), reset it and set it for 35 min!! i don't know what that was all about-- i'm living in seoul for one year so i'm a foreigner, maybe she thought i did not understand. it was so odd!!!! LOL.
