How many time did u practise swimming?

I swam during my childhood summers for my country club's team. It wasn't really serious swimming, but I think I just naturally have the body for it - long torso and shorter legs - so I was good at it. I regret not pursuing it really competitively because I think I could have been quite good on a university team. But anyway, after the age of like 15 I never swam again for exercise purposes until pretty recently, so I'm still technically "getting back into it." But I love it loads more than running! And it's like the best workout for your body - no impact, and you work virtually all your muscles.

Yesterday:
Warm up, and stretch.
Eight sets of barbell curls, increased weight on last four sets, integrated with eight sets of standing barbell French press .. Increased weight on last four sets.
Four sets of standing overhead dumbbell extensions.
Four sets of tri-cep dumbbell kick backs.

Today:
Warm up, and stretch.
Eight sets of barbell behind neck press.
Four sets of dumbbell lateral raises.
Four sets of standing, side to overhead dumbbell flys.
Four sets of barbell upright rowing.
Four sets of barbell shrugs.
Four sets of barbell straight legged dead lift.

busy day today, but i managed to get a 1.5 mile walk in during my lunch break this afternoon.

I get bored with posting what exercise I'm doing all the time, but I've been using the treadmill recently (even if it bores me most of the time) and doing some arm/ab exercises
Today-painting doors and walking in the park again

45 mims spinning, omg I felt so good afterwards!

painting is such a good workout! I remember painting my room last year and seeing quite a difference on the scale.
 
Yesterday, I ran my street three times from 7:15 to 8:40. -_-

I ran it again today from 6:15 to 7:00. :clap:

Music really helps. ^_^

Today the same I guess...

I really need to start working out ! I love it but I find it really hard to start again when I haven't done it for 2 weeks or so. But I think this weekend I'm going to work out again!! Maybe go for a run
