I'm awful about working out too. The thing I can't seem to get control over is consistency. I have phases where I am really dedicated to swimming and working out on the eliptical, and then I quit everything for a while. (
Went for a 30 minute run outside this morning.. I haven't run or even jogged in ages, so it was a bit of challenge, but I feel good now and it was nice with a change from my usual exercise routine. Next week I'm going to add swimming to my routine
I did fifty push-ups every night last week, but now my left arm has this really bad cramp. I couldn't sleep almost from it. How can I avoid this in the near future? I already started balancing on fists, instead of open hands.
me too and gas prices arent helping
i only go to the gym when i know i'll be in the area(near gym) because driving to gym from home wastes sooo much gas...i know because i used to go everyday but now that i have a new car i cant afford it!
but anyways im going to work out tomorrow, i hate thinking about whats happening to my insides when i dont get my cardio!
