That pilates video is intense! Thanks for the post! I'm going out now, but I want to try it tomorrow.
 
Belly Dancing Fat Burning dvd
Hip Hop Abs - Hips Buns and Thighs DVD
 
Today:
45 min of jogging it the park
30 min with stomach and leg exercise
 
I WILL get the running routine back in action tomorrow. I don't care if it's raining.
 
I usually try and walk to school and town and stuff rather than hop on buses coz its REALLY good for the body but sometimes laziness takes over me :p

I always try and go to the gym everyday to work out a certain body part too
