Has anyone heard of or tried the New York City Ballet Workout?

I've been wondering about the NYCB workout as well. Looks interesting.

It was very simple for me! :) But keep running, cardio is good...movement is necessary to burn fat as well as strength training, which I'm slowly easing myself into more.

Yesterday: 30min elliptical, 20min jogging on treadmill, 10 min (with breaks of course!!!) jumping rope (i've just bought it)
350 crunches
10 min stretching

Today: we'll see :p

Yesterday: 1 hour strecthing-class. Today I should do some functional work out and 30 min aerobics, but this darkness makes me so lazy. I feel I have energy only for yoga, pilates or other slow exercises..

today: 50 min elliptical, 10 min jumping rope, stretching

today I'll be doing an hour on the treadmill, the new york city ballet DVD, and piloga ( pilates mixed with yoga ) 20 minute fat burner.

If I'm not doing the treadmill everyday, i do ballet exercise everyday, disk one & two.

For yesterday:
Ran to gym, 4 miles
200 crunches
3 sets of squats
All upper body workout, chest, back, triceps and biceps.
Ran home, 4 miles

Yesterday: weight training, so called functional, and dance-class, street-style Today: 45 min boxing-aerobic, which is absoute killer!! Tartbones: I wish I had ballet-dvds myself, it would be fun!

How is the New York City Ballet DVD? I was wondering if it is really effective. Doesn't it get boring?
