It was very simple for me!Letthemeatcake. I need a break from pilates and running. I may try your last posted routine, it looks fun and simple
But keep running, cardio is good...movement is necessary to burn fat as well as strength training, which I'm slowly easing myself into more.today I'll be doing an hour on the treadmill, the new york city ballet DVD, and piloga ( pilates mixed with yoga ) 20 minute fat burner.
If I'm not doing the treadmill everyday, i do ballet exercise everyday, disk one & two.
