Daily Exercise

I rode my horse for forty-five minutes last night and half an hour the night before, plus an hour-long lesson (big work out, both horse and rider are drenched by the end of it) on Monday night.

today was a good day: 50 min elliptical, 10 min jumping rope, 25 min jog on treadmill, a lot of sit ups, 10 min stretching

I dance in my room for an hour with my iPod and include some pilates and in the morning im sore but looking good ;)

My fitness-abonnement is almost over.
So I need to do something else, i want to run.

question: is it better to run in the morning or at night? thanks:flower:

Try both and see how you feel but I would keep the morning runs easy and do the longer faster runs in the afternoons or evenings when you have had the whole day to warm up and get loose.

I did two-a-days for CC in university but our morning runs were always easy runs to go through the motions and get a little extra miles in.

Faster runs including intervals, fartlek, hills, and other high intensity runs we always did in the afternoons--about 3pm...

Ive sprained my neck .. since yesterday.. so I have had to take it easy.
I think it's stress. .. I should join my pilates class again to get over it.

upper 50s, rain, wind out of the north

20 minute run on the beach, 200 sit ups and 5 minutes doing some weights.

60 minute walk (w. a friend, we lost track of time talking)

I do none so whatever... I'm very lazy. I'm buying another horse hopefully some time next week though so I guess that will become my exercise. :) Which is good because I need some.
