Daily Exercise

15 minute run followed by 15 minute walk, it felt good running for the first time in nearly 6 months, I could have did my usual which surprised me, but I gotta build back up my mental toughness for running.

40 push ups and 40 sit ups, again little, but lucky me I can do this little and it shows next day lol.
 
god i need to work out ASAP.

i feel like walking isn't enough!
 
yesterday:
45 min cardio
30 min weightlifting

today:
45 min cardio
 
45 minute run (half with the dog, had to send him back home because he was getting bored/distracted and we had to sit in the park and watch leaves for a bit before he would move again)
