Daily Exercise

I ordered The Tracy Anderson Method - Dance Cardio and Mat Workout dvds through amazon yesterday. My delivery estimate date is between June 17 - July 20. Unfortunately for me, patience isn't one of my strongest attributes. -_-
 
Yesterday: ab workout and lunges (new addition to workout routine ;)).

Today: ab workout and 3km run.
 
Gym - 20 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes rowing, assorted weights
Walked home - 30 minutes

Yoga class tonight
 
One hour of alternating between walking and running on the treadmill, immediately followed by another hour of advanced mat pilates.
 
25min running/walking/jumping mix
that jumping part was my favourite from them three!

then I did some abs and back excercise.

I cannot do anything with arms since my right arm is in pain at the moment.
