I ordered The Tracy Anderson Method - Dance Cardio and Mat Workout dvds through amazon yesterday. My delivery estimate date is between June 17 - July 20. Unfortunately for me, patience isn't one of my strongest attributes.

then I did some abs and back excercise.

I cannot do anything with arms since my right arm is in pain at the moment.
