i walking like everyday : from 2-5 km it's depens on my schedule ( shopping around city or not XD ) , i was never sporty one ( well to tell a truth i hated sport in school ) but from july i going to a gym like a 3-5 times a week and try everything that i could, and now i am really into Kickboxing 4 times a week ( 2 times for 1 hour , 2 times for 1,5 hour ) -- sooooo much fun.
