Daily Exercise

You guys are awesomely fit and healthy :D
I only just rejoined the gym after like 6 months of no exercise!
 
an hour and a half of asthanga yoga as usual...I usually forget to come here and type it in
 
I will stay on France for two months, i'm going tomorrow.
Does anyone knows how can I exercise there? I heard there are public pools that are not expensive.

I've got an skateboard recently but I keep on the simple walking as an exercise by now... they say its a good one for me... soo...so be it! :)

I really would like to do some yoga or pilates sometime...
 
30 mins of very intense cardio. I'm exhausted... Time to treat my face to a yummy mask :D
 
Friday:

Swimming - 1 hour ... I'm improving my butterly technique :boxer:
 
10 mins running on treadmill... feels a bit puny compared to everyone elses efforts.
need to step it up a bit i think :blush:
 
Yesterday - 7 *** walking/running on the treadmill (2 sessions) then gave the dog a walk at sun down.

Yet to do today's workout...
 
Snow ski for 1 hour and a half
it's not easy! very tiring, but it's fun when you get a little better
 
I'm sick so I've missed 2 days of yoga.But I'll walk to the dentist (30 minutes) and do a few stretches and ab and core things.
