Daily Exercise

Kickboxing for an hour & worked out with weights for 25 minutes. I did tricep dips on my chair and felt like my arms were going to fall off. I'll save those for last next time.
 
20 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes weights, 15 minutes step mill, 15 minutes abs, 15 minutes stretching. Ahhhhh :D
 
I haven't run in about 6 months,knee problems.So I walked 40 minutes super fast as usual but asphalt you should never run on....so I chased the cat around the yard 10 times,so ten minutes of running on grass,uphill (great for butt) and into puddles.FUN.
 
Yesterday - I went swimming again for half an hour.... then walked 35 mins home

Today - 30 mins run on the treadmill
 
90 mins badminton
90 mins biking - on a practically flat bike, though :muscles: :lol:
 
45 min of swimming. Just a few laps, spent most of the time learning the Butterfly on my own, learned the movements by watching a good youtube video and it was great, I could never finish a lap though every time I tried, it's so exhausting. What is great, is that after you do like 10 times, you feel the water a lot more light and if you do Crawl or Breast Stoke you realize how easy and how much more faster you can do it. Butterfly is really good for the arms, shoulders, chest and backs.
 
1hr walk to/back from gym
15min hill cycling / 15min hill fast walk / 15min stretches / 25min weights
 
Yesterday: gym and swimming, 1 1/2 h altogether. Today: half hour les mills body jam, half our lower body&ab work out

SO TRUE, I always thought butterfly was a killer.... & that was when I was in swimming condition. :lol:

Today, 4.4 *** on the treadmill this morning. Later, I took my doggy out for 35 minute power walk.

Yeah, that's what I'm going to do now basically, more than any other technique. It's amazing how much it works.
