Daily Exercise

10 mins HIIT on treadmill
15 mins elliptical
15 mins cycle
10 mins rower

30 mins full body weights

i've only eaten a banana and a slice of cheese today so that exercise has made me feel really rough :(
 
now that im on holidays, on dont work out much, but before i go to bed i do between 120-150 abs. even though im beeing a bit lazy this days so i would probably do some more in the morning once i wake up.
 
about 45 minutes of swimming... ruined it by having fish and chips after though... nevermind!
 
BACK TO THIS THREAD!!!:woot:

Yesterday:
- 15min power walking
- 90min bike
- 1h steps
- side leg exercises

Today:
- 15min powerwalking
- 90min bike

I can't stand anymore!! :lol: My legs are sore !
 
20 min elliptical.
10 min stretches.
10 min tone.

Nothing too ambitious this morning.
 
i try to do at least 20 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and do a ab workout after. this is to complement my yoga addition, i do hot yoga about 3x a week, a regular yoga 2x. love it.
