Basically it is series of simple moves, like different kind of jumps, jumping jacks, mountain-climbers, jabs, upper cuts, kicks etc. It is very hard, and easy to do at home. In this particular work out I did, the moves were combined, so at the end you got kind of a choreography.
Today: 50 min intensive yoga, 30 min power pilates
I hate to reply right after myself... have you people got lazy during the holidays ?
Today: Kick boxing cardio 20 min, resistance band toning 20 min, 30 min sculpting yoga (this is killing me, my butt and upper back were on fire), 20 min total body pilates.
