Daily Exercise

i haven't been keeping very good track lately..so, a recap..

monday - 25 min run, 15 min power walk
tuesday - 30 min run, 10 min power walk
wednesday - 90 min hatha yoga
thursday - 65 min vinyasa hot yoga
 
30 minute run
30 minute swim
30 minute bike

I'm playing tennis later, might as well enjoy the sun while it lasts!
 
thursday: inline skating (no idea how long)
yesterday: 60 min stationary bike + stomach exercises and stretching
