Yesterday: 45min running intervals (outside)
Today: 20min cardio + 60min legs and arms exercises
 
90 mins hot power vinyasa
1 hour walk
3 hours on my feet at work
running around the city all day
20 mins swim
 
30 min on treadmill (it's raining out :doh:)
20 min of ab work outs
 
2 hours latin dancing
90 min hot power vinyasa yoga
45 min walk (with an 8 min sprint to the train)
20 min swim
