Daily Exercise

Pushed my nephew in the stroller today, we went to the store it was probably about an hour total. And tonight I'm going to a yoga class with my friend.
 
Yesterday by accident I walked 1 1/2 hours and then did the Tracy Anderson dance cardio for about 30 min (almost barely getting through it). I'm totally sore today.
 
Since Wednesday last week 50 minutes of running, had a 2 day break.
Today I jogged 50 minutes + 10 min arms & butt excercise :-)
 
Yesterday:
1 hour running/walking on treadmill
30 minutes on stepper

Today will (hopefully) be:
5 mile run/walk
1 hour on stepper
 
40 minutes on treadmill
10 minutes circuit training
20 minutes rowing machine
 
Yesterday jogged about 45 minutes
Did 15 min of Tracy Anderson workout

Today I will jogg an hour
Maybe do something for the butt ;-)
 
I've always been physically active in one way or another! I've been doing dancing (classical ballet, and later, jazz, contemporary and hip-hop) for more than ten years. And, although, I still dance from to time to time, it's definitely not the same. So, these days I happen to be more committed to yoga! Yoga classes seem to attract more people these days! Although, one day I'd love to come up with a program which can appeal to both males an females at the same time! I'd love to do a dance class, for example, which both sexes would attend!
