I've always been physically active in one way or another! I've been doing dancing (classical ballet, and later, jazz, contemporary and hip-hop) for more than ten years. And, although, I still dance from to time to time, it's definitely not the same. So, these days I happen to be more committed to yoga! Yoga classes seem to attract more people these days! Although, one day I'd love to come up with a program which can appeal to both males an females at the same time! I'd love to do a dance class, for example, which both sexes would attend!
