Daily Exercise

every day: 15-20 minutes of stretching and 1 hour of walking by the sea. I think it's enough. :)
 
2 mile jog everyday, no stretching and no weights, and getting the best results out of all the things i've tried.

15 mile bike ride. Been lazy lately, I need to start seeing double digit mileage again.
