I've been slacking off late, so thought if I post here, might be more regular.

CARDIO

50 mins on the cross trainer
40 mins on the tread mill
25 mins on the cycle.
 
Monday: 50 minutes crosstrainer + 60 minutes bike ride
Tuesday: 50 minutes crosstrainer + 50 minutes bike ride
Today: 50 minutes crosstrainer
 
20 mins on the cross trainer
30 minutes on the cycle
30 minutes of weights
 
60 mins on the cross trainer
30 mins on the cycle

I'm utterly shattered.
