Daily Exercise

80 mins on the treadmill
35 mins on the cross trainer
30 mins of core workout
 
45 minute brisk walk.
~30 minute moderate circuit training, depends on my mood really.
45 minute elliptical (40 high intensity + 5 minute cool down).
No ab routine.

Most importantly, I stretch (quite intensely) between each workout to keep from bulking to stay nice and lean. I also, do not max 45 minutes at any given time to not stress my system and release cortisol.
 
probably 5-10min straching and yoga, which incl. planking. I walk for like 30min whenever I can...
 
Wednesday: 1 hr Pump It Up class
Thursday: The 100 Workout
Saturday: 1 hr Zumba class
 
45 minute brisk walking.
25-30 minute circuit training.
45 min - 1 hr ballet routine (barre & centre).

Most importantly, stretching between and after workouts to keep muscles nice & lean.
 
Yesterday:
45 minutes swimming laps
30 minutes power walking

Today:
30 minutes swimming
30 minutes walking
 
15 mins on elliptical
30 mins running on incline on treadmill
but damn, i feel like a slacker compared to alot of you!
 
6.5 mile run.

It was supposed to only be 5miles, but I got lost in my own head and forgot to turn around sooner.

TODAY

30min run on trademill
60min of fatburner spinning
60min pilates
 
i'm trying to murder my tummy pooch

1.5 hours slow swimming yday

intend to do the same tonight..
