Daily Exercise

45 minute low intensity stroll with my mother... it was pleasant though, so all is not lost. Hopefully, I'll hit the elliptical for 45 later today or circuit train or both.
 
Morning

40 mins on the cross trainer
25 mins on the cycle
20 mins on the summit trainer
10 mins on the tread mill
stretches

Evening

20 mins on the tread mill
20 mins on the rowing machine
weights
leg exercises
abs
 
Been a couple days...
Monday and Tuesday, rest days
Wednesday, Zumba 45min class and 15min elliptical
Thursday, run with the dog 3km
 
Wow... today my faithful elliptical gave out on me. Thank goodness, I'm moving out to facilities with a gym. I'll definitely have to circuit train: jump rope, jumping jacks, lunges, resistance bands, 1-2 lb weights, plank/downward dog, and chair dips. Then my favorite part, STRETCHING.
 
Friday: 15min elliptical, 5km run, 10min "arms-bike", weights
Saturday: 20min elliptical
Sunday: /
 
Tuesday:
50min elliptical
10min arms bike
15min abs class
weights
BOSU exercises + crunches
 
1 hour powerwalk,
20 min arms and shoulderblades (the latter to perfect my posture ;) )
